In Probeltebio, we have a new production plant building, designed
with the most advanced technologies and integrated control systems. The new
factory has been built on a plot of 2.5 ha. at La Polvorista Technology
Park, Molina de Segura, Murcia, of which 4000 sq m are
already built and another 2000 sq m correspond to a semi-covered area for
storage and supply of raw material. The factory has been designed adopting the highest standards of quality
of the equipment, facilities and processes (pharmaceutical standards) expected
to achieve the GMP certification and the validation of the plant under the FDA
criteria. The design, which includes an analysis of critical control points (HACCP),
including the total physical separation in three process's areas: a preparation
of extracts area, a standardisation area, and a finishing and packaging area
for the final product.
On the other hand, the respect for the environment and safety in
all aspects have been some of the main elements in the plant design, applying
the highest standards of environmental control, enjoying the most advanced and
effective control techniques.
Our processes include a rigorous quality control process that
starts in the crops that provides the raw materials for our process; our fruit
supply is controlled before the harvest, with our technical staff responsible for
ensuring the quality of the crop, and to ensure that plantations have been
grown following the recommendations of integrated productions.
The plant has a comprehensive system of quality control analysis
from the fruit at its source through the different stages until the final
product.
